FAQ
Can I upload my own image or logo?
Not at the moment. ThreadForge is built around the Brain Plague Designs pattern library: thousands of patterns, solid colors and gradients, recolorable line-art overlays and your own text. You choose the look of each part of the pants, start from a one-tap look, or hit Shuffle and tweak. Every piece also carries a small Brain Plague Designs logo; you pick its size and how strongly it shows.
How long does it take to get my pants?
Your pants are made to order after you design them, then ship in about 10 business days. US shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do the pants have pockets?
Yes, two side pockets. The waist is elastic with a white drawstring, and you can wear the pants on the waist or on the hips.
What size pants should I order?
Use the size guide on this page. It lists Printful's measurements of the pants laid flat, in inches (half waist width, inseam, front rise, half hem width and length). Actual measurements can vary by up to 1 inch because each piece is cut and sewn by hand.
How do I wash my pants?
Machine wash on permanent press with like colors. Your pants are printed with Printful's all-over print process for synthetic fabric, then cut and sewn to order. If they arrive misprinted or damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I return or exchange my pants?
Because every pair of pants is printed and sewn just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. See our return policy for details.
